Ukulhas to complete a comprehensive, hands-on workshop on Advanced Life Support (ALS).
The training sessions, hosted in Ukulhas, were conducted in close collaboration with specialists from Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH). The workshop brought together doctors, nurses, and clinical staff stationed at facilities across the atoll to sharpen their practical skills in managing acute, life-threatening clinical emergencies.
Throughout the hands-on sessions in Ukulhas, participants underwent rigorous training focused on advanced airway management, critical cardiac care protocols, synchronized resuscitation scenarios, and rapid emergency decision-making. The joint program provided participants with the latest evidence-based clinical practices and simulation-based exercises designed to handle high-pressure medical situations effectively.
